As you might have noticed, we set a monthly focus every month. A focus that comes with an intention we can all keep in mind and cultivate in our very own way. Since the summer is drawing to a close many of us are turning back to work and our everyday life, we thought about how our daily routines can be a catalyst for incorporating a healing energy into our everyday.

We will unfold this word together with you and we a beyond excited and grateful for that. First of all we will define the word routines means; 
"a usual or fixed way of doing things. A daily routine also refers to the regular activities that a person engages in on a daily basis. These activities may vary depending on a person's occupation, personal interests, and lifestyle.
By that it stands clear that our routines is a big part of our lives. You might have tried to hit snooze one too many times, being too busy to have a mindful moment before leaving in the morning, have to eat your breakfast in a minute and struggling to find the time to create a slower and more mindful way of living. The day's barely begun, and you are mayby already feeling discombobulated and overwhelmed.
It can turn out to become a task to create some lovely days and the life you are dreaming the of and you might feel burned out sooner than. You also know you won't finish everything on this week's task list.

This is the reason why looking at our routines once in a while can help us reflect start living more aligned with our heart and desires. Brushing your teeth in the morning and evening, waking up at 6 a.m. and exercising every morning is a routine. Purchasing a to go coffee and reading the news before you head to work every morning is a routine. Even eating your favorite snack or drinking your daily smoothie while watching Netflix is a routine. They're all actions that happen again and again.

They are a rhythm in your daily life.

If you feel like your are not living your very best life, looking at your routines can be a first step to create changes. Write down the things you do repeatedly and take a look of how you can incorporate time for more of the things you love and eliminate the routines that do not serve you anymore.

Today we want to share a routine we do almost everyday without thinking about doing it. Every evening, by the end of the day, we light a candle. This routine has become a symbol day that passed and of the light that can always be seen in the dark. In addition to this, lighting a candle is also pleasant and creates a cosy atmosphere that reminds us to take a deep breath and give ourselves a time to relax if possible.
